This is a very nice sweet small place. We had french toast and falafel platter. The food and service was really good. Definitely coming back!

We ordered the Aglio e Olio pasta. The pasta was excessively oily and was almost completely dressed in oil, which affected the overall quality. We highlighted the concern to the lady serving our table. However, instead of acknowledging the concern and taking appropriate feedback, we were informed that the excess oil was simply an ingredient of the dish. Being from the hospitality industry myself, I understand the preparation and the role of oil in the dish; however, the concern was regarding the excessive quantity, not the presence of oil itself. What was more concerning was the subsequent feedback-handling process. While settling the bill, another team member asked us how the food was, despite the concern already having been highlighted at the table which meant our feedback was never taken up? Even on my first visit we found a piece of thread in our pesto pasta. Which means the place is not taking feedback seriously or they're not focusing on the training maybe. Really disappointing.

I don’t know what rating should I give, we went there for breakfast, we ordered a few items, the food tasted decent but then we noticed a big fat rat taking rounds in the cafe. This raises serious concern on food hygiene.
