Food and drink were great. Not many cocktail options. Insects in the outside seating in the food and on our clothes. Mist fans helped with the heat.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with the event at Auro Delhi. The event tickets were sold through their ticketing partner, Ticket Fairy, for ₹1,000, but the communication around the ticket and event details was far from clear. Important information regarding ticket inclusions, access, and event terms was either not communicated properly or presented in a way that was easy to miss. As a paying customer, I expected transparency and clear communication before making a purchase. Instead, the entire process created confusion and unnecessary frustration. Both Auro Delhi and Ticket Fairy should take responsibility for ensuring that customers receive complete and accurate information before purchasing tickets. Lack of transparency not only affects the customer experience but also damages trust. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing tickets for events hosted here. Unless communication standards improve significantly, I would personally avoid such venues and events where important information is not clearly disclosed upfront. Very disappointing and not worth the hassle.

Empty place. White Wine Sauvignon Blanc by Glass mentioned in the menu was not available. They instead gave more expensive options, perhaps intentionally to generate more revenue as the outlet was literally empty with hardly 10 - 15 people. Will NEVER visit again.

Rude and egoistic staff, have no respect. Food is also very bad considering the price they charge. If you get an option to starve or go to this place then I’d suggest that you’d rather starve. Never visiting this shit house of a “bar/restaurant”

New Year party is just a shit show here. No organisation whatsoever, wrong orders, food against the price was a joke. No countdown, shit music. And unnecessarily placing cover charges. Will never recommend this place.

They act very hostile and rude. Food is stale and attitude is extremely unfriendly. Wouldn’t waste my money with these people
