I had a very disappointing experience with the PR management at Baardos, Delhi. The PR named Vinay was extremely unprofessional. He was asking couples to pay ₹1000–₹1500 just to enter the club if he personally felt that their “profile was not good enough,” which felt very unfair and inappropriate. Entry policies should be clear and handled by the club itself, not based on the personal judgment of a PR. Also I paid this idiot 1500 which he kept in his pocket. Also one more thing I can provide with the further proofs of him asking money from other people as well. The way he spoke and handled the situation was also quite rude and unprofessional. When people visit a club, they expect a welcoming and respectful environment, not someone judging their profiles and demanding money at the door. Baardos is a well-known place, so I hope the management looks into the behavior of their PR staff and ensures that guests are treated properly. Experiences like this really damage the reputation of the club.

The overall experience was quite disappointing. The food was very average, and honestly not worth the price. We also ordered hookah, which again was just average and overpriced. Drinks were also okayish and not value for money. What made the experience worse was the staff’s attitude. They were very adamant about not removing the service charge even when we requested, and they also did not allow us to pay through the Zomato app despite there being a discount from 9 District. The staff came across as rude and uncooperative. Additionally, the parking staff was extremely rude and even used abusive language, which left a very negative impression. For a place that charges premium rates, such behavior and treatment of customers is unacceptable. Overall, not a place I would recommend—below-average food and drinks combined with poor service and unprofessional behavior.

Cheap, low quality alcohol was served due to which my husband suffered severe vomit only after having 1 drink. Ban this place. Never go here. They mix their alcohol with cheap, low quality and god knows what poisonous stuff.

staff got too rude and none of the staff is cooperative,they dont know how to respect the ego is worse ,no good dealings ni explanations nothing (disappointed)
