If dessert had an address… it would be Bakebook Café! 🍫🥞 Tried their pancakes loaded with Nutella and topped with KitKat, and I have just one word — heavenly. The pancakes were warm and fluffy, Nutella was drizzled like a dream, and the KitKat crunch took it to a whole new level. Every bite was soft, sweet, and perfectly balanced — not too heavy, just melt-in-the-mouth magic. Pair it with their cozy ambiance, pastel décor, and that sweet café aroma… and you’ve got yourself the perfect dessert date. If you’re a true dessert lover — Bakebook is not a café, it’s an emotion.

This has to be the worst cafe I have ever been too. It’s takeaway only. They do have a few benches out on the pavement or you can get the food delivered to your car. The line to order is confusing, takes ling because the staff is busy talking to each other, and the staff also helps people cut the line. I placed my order after a wait of 10 minutes even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. The food took 15-20 minutes to reach my car. My coffee was missing and the guy said he would get it soon. Another 15 minutes and there was no sign of him or my coffee. Had to go in and ask the clueless staff for it. It finally came 10 minutes later. However, it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Tasted burnt. Everything else we ordered was also quite average.

I used to be a very regular customer at this bakery and genuinely loved it earlier. I ordered cakes for almost every occasion and always recommended the place to others. Unfortunately, over time the service has really gone downhill. Customer service has become slow and unresponsive, and the overall experience no longer matches what it used to be. Multiple visits and orders felt disappointing, especially when you’re used to a certain standard. It’s sad to see a place with good potential lose its charm because of poor service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer experience, because the bakery was once truly worth it.

I swear I will never return to this place, and I will actively discourage people I know from going here. They took more than an hour to prepare my order, and the entire time, they kept fooling me, saying that my order was ready. For an hour, I was told that my order was ready and being packed, and in the end, when I finally left in frustration, they called me when I was already halfway to my destination to tell me that my order was finally done. Ridiculously incompetent and shameless.

No hate for Bakebook, but the delivery times have become ridiculously long—almost like the food never arrives. I used to love this place for its amazing food, but now it's just disappointing. Orders don’t show up, and there seems to be no effort to fix it. It feels like customers just don’t matter anymore.

There is no seating arrangement for anyone I was shocked to see that there was no even a single tables to stand and have your food even the staff was not welcoming for the customers… taking very long to prepare orders only good for people with cars

Very poor service even for cold coffee they would take 30 mins that also without being sorry. By mistake if you order food then you are gone it takes 45 mins . So better avoid this place until and unless you have time and fuel to waste

Ordered waffles, lotus biscoff cheesecale and newly launched summer drink matcha mango Matcha drink had no flavor - 0/5 Cheesecake was too sweet and waffle was not crisp Overall very bad experience- waited 45 mins for such a bad food

I’m a regular customer but this time the bakery didn’t pick up my call despite calling several times and later blocked my number. This is no way to treat your loyal customer. Highly disappointed.
