Visited for lunch with a couple of friends. Superb ambience and lovely food- their dimsum brunch lives up to the hype! Great selection of desserts and a cute ice cre trolley. It's the perfect way to spend a leisurely sunday afternoon. Looking forward to revisiting.

Chef ChuanXi Sun obliged when we wanted a hot Udon and it was absolutely hearty . No frills but it was so comforting to have on a rainy afternoon . Quality focused and a delight indeed , ate at Baoshuan on repeat for 3 days . Lovely service led by Yabez and Leishi .

This is my second time at Baoshuan and I am impressed with their food. Everything we had was on point, tastes and textures were very good. The dim-sum was well presented and made - one could make out from the detail in the wrap. The service was phenomenal and noteworthy is the manager who quickly arranged a cake for one of us who’s birthday it was. He understood it needed to be a surprise and was delicate about the situation. The one thing that I did feel was the lack of innovation in the food. One couldn’t close their eyes and say that they hadn’t tasted the flavours before. In this era of competition and innovation one needs to bring out something in their food that stands apart for good reason. circle of friends on golf course road serves the same food at one tenth the price. Given that the cutlery and crockery is better here, the food still has to shine.

I had an incredible experience. The administration was exceptionally mindful without being meddling, and guaranteed we had an essential experience.Chicken was good.Crispy noodles did not taste that good.Vegetables were served appeared as though ut was served in sweet corn soup.Though the staff was extraordinary helpful. The feeling was great with an all around planned inside space. The staff are affable and the administration is expeditious.

It was a pretty good experience and the food was decent. The staff was courteous and accomodating to make changes according to dietary preferences. The prawn dumplings are a must try . They some good bunch of desserts which are tempting . The ice cream trolley will give make you reminisce your childhood for sure.

I visited Baoshuan with my family for the much acclaimed Michelin Star Chef’s designed culinary experience and I left the place completely underwhelmed. All items where so dry- lamb chops were fried and dry, ribs were dry and too sweet, even the steamed fish was as DRY as the Sahara Dessert!! I expected 5star service in Oberoi and that was as dry as the food. The only good tasting item was the prawn dumplings. But then I had visited Baoshuan for a scrumptious experience and not just good tasting food. I have posted the pics of all the food items. The cutlery set cover had a broken button and the fork was bent - I am okay with such an oversight in a neighborhood mom&pop joint but not The Oberoi, New Delhi. The Chinese Food experience in The Oberoi, Bangalore was so much more delightful! I hope either The Oberoi would tone down the experience they promise to deliver or else notch up their game in 2020.

After a pleasant-enough meal (the bhekti main was bad), at the time of charging us, the restaurant added a 10% service charge on their own. This 10% was calculated on the total bill that included taxes. This, over and above the 10% cash we had given towards service. When I pointed this out, there was an apology of an apology—‘charged double for something’ ‘added some numbers by mistake’ and then ‘gloved fingers pressed the button by mistake’. Very disappointed at what is obviously regular practice. Didn’t expect this from the Oberoi.
