Had a wonderful dining experience with my family. The staff was polite, attentive, and we didn’t have to wait at all for a table. What stood out the most was how genuinely the team cared about customer feedback. They checked after every dish and even re-prepared a couple of items exactly as per our preference. Special thanks to Mamata and Rajkumar for their excellent hospitality and management skills. Just one small suggestion — dishes like soup, noodles, and biryani could be served a bit hotter, as they had cooled down slightly. Apart from that, everything was great. Kudos to the BBQ team!

Had an amazing experience at the barbeque🔥🍢 The food was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a great variety to enjoy. Every dish was fresh and really well prepared. A special mention to the staff – they were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was served on time. Their service truly made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful place with great food and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended✨

Service was excellent. Mr Surender Chauhan Ji and his team were very efficient in serving us. They also looked after our kids demands and provided them non spicy chicken, fish and prawns. All the staff is polite and ready to help. Food was good but spicy.

I visited Barbeque Nation yesterday night 13/06/2026 at Pacific Mall, Faridabad, Haryana and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at Barbeque Nation in the past few years. The food quality was far below expectations. The taste was poor, and several items did not seem fresh. In addition, some food items listed on the menu were not available. The service was also disappointing. We had to call the staff multiple times for assistance, and the response was neither prompt nor satisfactory. Considering the amount charged, serving food that lacks freshness and quality, along with such poor service, is unacceptable. Overall, the food was not even average, and the hospitality that Barbeque Nation was once known for seemed completely missing during this visit. The overall dining experience did not justify the price paid. The experience was so unpleasant that even if I were offered a complimentary meal at the same outlet, I would be reluctant to visit again. Despite paying a substantial amount, I was unable to eat properly and effectively went without dinner. Since the visit, I have also experienced vomiting, which has further added to my concern regarding the quality and freshness of the food served. I request that this matter be investigated seriously and that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience

I had a confirmed table booking for Barbeque Nation Sector 12 through Zomato. However, upon reaching the restaurant, I was told that no booking existed and I was denied entry. This was extremely disappointing and embarrassing after receiving a confirmation message. Such poor coordination between Zomato and the restaurant wastes customers’ time and ruins the dining experience. My suggestion to others: don’t just rely on Zomato confirmation — always take direct confirmation from the restaurant, as Zomato support was unable to help in this situation.
