Had an amazing experience at the barbeque🔥🍢 The food was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and a great variety to enjoy. Every dish was fresh and really well prepared. A special mention to the staff – they were extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was served on time. Their service truly made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful place with great food and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended✨

I had a confirmed table booking for Barbeque Nation Sector 12 through Zomato. However, upon reaching the restaurant, I was told that no booking existed and I was denied entry. This was extremely disappointing and embarrassing after receiving a confirmation message. Such poor coordination between Zomato and the restaurant wastes customers’ time and ruins the dining experience. My suggestion to others: don’t just rely on Zomato confirmation — always take direct confirmation from the restaurant, as Zomato support was unable to help in this situation.

After reservation they denied table and i was pregnant also they are not “so friendly “ worst service they were not cordial also staff was not cooperating at all if we are choosing a brand for it values and they are not even considering my health condition and i am with children what’s the point of choosing if you are with family don’t go there pathetic

They denied Booking through zomato. It is a very disappointing behaviour received from their end. I don't recommend pacific mall faridabad BBQ for any further celebration.
