I had a truly delightful dining experience. The food was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. The ambiance provided a wonderfully relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff, including Mukesh and Pritam, were incredibly attentive and hospitable. I highly recommend this establishment for a fantastic meal and a memorable time.

I got disheartened when I came to knw from chef that refined oils are used for making dishes though u offer at expensive prices. Pls improvise immediately. Looking for an immediate positive response . Thanks 🙏

I am very regular with barbecue nation but this time my experience was worst I ever had. starting from booking and requesting a small cake to be pre placed there server literally denied me that 'Happy birthday mom ' this message can't be written on cake instead they will write Happy birthday only. was this that much difficult task. Later they did, and wrote the complete message but firstly the thing which i felt was very wrong was clearly denying your guest. Also, cake was not pre placed which i wrote on special request also and have mentioned to them also prior to coming. it only came on table when I got seated later after 5 mins. I ordered 2 moctails and 1 reg mojito even after confirming to 2 servers drinks were came into my table after I reminded them because 1st server forget to serve. and when the drink came onto our table it was Virgin mojito not regular one. second disappointment. after completion of main course I requested for gulab jamun. as a standard which I have eaten anywhere else in the world I never had such cold gulab jamun which they gave me. it was room temp. how you can serve gulab jamun to be cold. third disappointment later when we cleared the bill, there server or captain has that much audacity that he came to me asking for good feedback . he mentioned sir you sorry for the inconvenience caused and I would like if you can give good rating in feedback call which you will receive tommorow morning. I mean how. why would I rate this good. and who you are to telling me . Firstly it was my mom's birthday and I wanted to make it special and instead I have faced these much things. I would appreciate if any senior manager will connect from your side. service needs to be improve here and much attention needed.

Criminals/Badmash/Batameezo ka restaurant-Female partners harassment- Restaurant manager brij mohan illiterate manager-Closing se pehle restaurants chord k parking may jake daaru gutka consume krke customers se batameezi krta hai.Staff ravi khulli dhamki deta hai ki tumhe mai dekh lunga. As a guest maine poore paise diye apne dinner k aur inke technical glitch ki wjha se inke pas paise show nhi ho rhe toh poori team ne humme ghr jane se rok lia.Ravi was the leader later on Manager Brij mohan handle the command aur humari female partner k sath humme mall se bahar niklne se roka.we were totally help less kunki humare sath ladies thi. Such a unsafe place just because of the staff. Poori evening spoil krdi brij mohan and ravi ne.Mall staff ne poora support kia bbq walo ko.bina concern jane unhone humari gaadi mall se niklne se rokli. I need my complete refund along with apology from brij mohan and ravi.Unka koi rights nhi tha ki unhone apni team k sath milke meri family ko mall may pkd lia. Please jo b inka head hai please please please inn bndo ko yaha se htaye

The experience was very bad as compared to the other outlet visited whether it may be bbq cannaught place or DLF Malviya Nagar. The varieties were less ,when asked for the same the staff replied that we needed to put the order. The other outlets just offered every item available it's your choice whether you accept or deny. Staff behaviour was polite and excellent but may be the management which needs a lookout for the speciality of bbq. In a sentence " We are paying the same amount as compared to others but lack variety at your outlet feel quite stingy"

Food was horrible……food was stale…..air conditioner was not working…..food was stinking…..this was my last experience with barbeque nation…..🙏🏻i can not recommend to any body….hopeless

Very irritating staff they keep asking for feedback and will not let you eat food keep disturbing for feedback every 2 minutes
