The man singing the song was not melodious and we didn't enjoyed the vibe. The food was fine but some of the items shown in menu was not available .

The Starters were very tasty even the main course but chinese was not good (non veg). I found cockroach on my table wondering like what. Overall Ok ok experience.

Literally had a cockroach at my table which was simply the last straw. Uptill then, the food seemed stale and the first serving was cold. They changed that with hotter food but neither chicken nor the fish had any specific flavour. It all tasted the same. When we got our main course to the table, a cockroach was roaming on the table. The waiter tried to brush it aside and immediately asked us for preferred “dessert” but we had to leave immediately. Had to give 1 star because 0 is not an option. All the barbecue nations have gone for a toss.

Very disappointing experience with Barbeque Nation Saket. I ordered food expecting the usual quality, but the chicken wings I received were extremely soggy and seemed undercooked. The texture was unpleasant, and they definitely didn’t feel properly prepared before being served. For a brand with such a reputation, this level of quality control is unacceptable. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves food standards and consistency.

worst place to go for buffet. could just recall the dialogue of the movie Run- bhaiya murge ko polio tha kya.. BN ki Soya chaap or Brocoli ko polio tha.. highly disappointed
