Had a great dining experience at Barbeque Nation! The food was Ok but a special mention to Sarika for her outstanding service — she truly went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we asked for. Her attentiveness, politeness, and quick response made our experience even more enjoyable. She is really Hardworking. Highly recommend this place for the service. Looking forward to visiting again!

I asked for mutton kebab in the buffet for dinner on 28th November but the server refused me to serve it and also said it was not included in the buffet even though it's on the menu. we ordered some cocktails and mocktails and they were very bad. very bad experience from barbeque nation.

visited Barbeque Nation at Pacific Mall and had a horrible experience. The ambience was good and Jaya provided good service. However, the quality of food was extremely disappointing. The Paneer and Dal Makhani were overly sweet, which was unexpected. Moreover, the cutlery provided was subpar - serving spoons were used for everything, making it uncomfortable for my kids to eat. It would be great if they could provide proper dessert spoons and tea spoons. Considering the experience, I felt that the ₹1699 we spent was not worth it. As someone from the hospitality industry, I'm particularly disappointed with the standalone restaurant's service and food quality.

stale food , smelly chicken, cutlery unavailable make sure you are ready for the most awful experience of your life . Very pathetic an slow service . Even ordered fresh lime soda but didnt get it . Poorly managed and unhygenic.
