Uma Shakar did a a fantastic job serving us. He was considerate and very responsive. He recommended dishes and was attentive while catering to us. He made sure my kid got less spicy food and asked the chef to make alterations accordingly. Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

I am writing this review with deep disappointment and emotional distress to formally report the extremely poor experience my family and I had at Barbeque Nation, Crown Interiorz, Sarai Faridabad, on 1st February 2026, where we hosted a retirement luncheon for my mother for approximately 40 guests. Barbeque Nation has been one of our most trusted and favourite restaurants for years. From birthdays and anniversaries to casual family lunches, we have always associated your brand with warm hospitality, attentive service, and generous portions. Unfortunately, what we experienced on this day was the worst Barbeque Nation experience of our lives, and completely unworthy of such an important family occasion. Despite having a prior booking from 12:00 PM and informing the restaurant two weeks in advance about the occasion and guest count, some of our guests arrived around 12:15 PM only to find the restaurant still being cleaned and set up. When they requested that starters be served, they were shockingly told that service would begin only after all 40 guests arrived. At that time, 28–32 guests were already present, including my father and myself. We had to raise our voices just to get our guests seated and food started — something no host should ever have to do. There was no dedicated service team assigned to our group. No staff member introduced themselves, asked about the occasion, food preferences, spice tolerance, or even basic comfort — a complete departure from Barbeque Nation’s usual standards. Second rounds of starters had to be repeatedly requested, vegetarian options were often ignored unless specifically demanded, and preferences were never asked. The portion sizes were shockingly small — mushrooms were tiny, pineapples were no longer mouth-sized, and one of my long-time favourites, Dahi Kebab, was completely removed from the menu without any prior information or alternative arrangement, despite our large group booking. Even though our group occupied almost the entire restaurant, the staff appeared completely unequipped and unprepared to manage a pre-booked gathering of 40 guests. During the cake-cutting for my mother, which we arranged ourselves, I had to constantly summon staff just to set up a table. No one voluntarily came to assist, no celebratory music was played, and not a single staff member acknowledged the occasion. Every small request felt like begging. To make matters worse, the balloon decoration, which had been clearly discussed and requested earlier, was missing entirely. There was a total lack of coordination between the vendor, booking manager, and restaurant staff. The manager on duty, Mr. Ashoke, neither checked on our tables, nor monitored food service, nor ensured the planned decoration. Another staff member claiming to be a manager stated he was unaware that any decoration was planned at all. This level of mismanagement, indifference, and lack of ownership is unacceptable. The most appalling moment was being told that food service would not begin until every single guest arrived, even while guests were seated and waiting — something that defies basic hospitality standards. We ate hurriedly, cut the cake, saw off our guests, paid the bill, and left — hungry, upset, and deeply angry. It breaks my heart to say that this is the first time in my life that I have walked out of Barbeque Nation feeling dissatisfied, let down, and emotionally distressed — especially on a day meant to celebrate my mother’s retirement. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. I would appreciate a response explaining how such a failure occurred despite prior booking and communication, and what corrective actions will be taken to ensure no other family has to experience this level of disappointment. visited 13 March 2026 , crown interiors mall faridabad sector 35 before booking I called and before start eating all menu is available as showing in aap they told me yes but after eating starters and then going to Main course but mutton and chicken biryani not available , i asked question to him, why not available they told me last 3-4 days not available but they don't tell me before booking and eating, they laying to everyone many people same complaint to resturant for no information all menu not available and other main course curry is pathetic, test less , very bad quality and smiley as per test clear showing the dish is many days old ( baasi) Totally waste of money and not good for health, I take only 2 bite only curry if I take 1 more bite I am 100% sure i vomite on the table, totally pathetic test I don't recommend non veg main course and they are r all are layers Very bad experience, I don't recommend it

Today, the restaurant was hosting a birthday party, and although we had reserved a table, the staff’s attention was completely focused on that event. Even after asking three times, I still did not receive the naan. It felt like all the service was directed toward the birthday group, while our table was neglected. Even basic items like rice, plates, bowls, and spoons kept disappearing and weren’t replenished for a long time. It was a very frustrating experience, and I honestly didn’t expect this level of service from BBQ. Overall, it turned out to be a really disappointing visit.
