This bar is literally my favourite in Delhi right now. The drinks are complex but simple at the same time. Every little detail about this bar is so well thought of. The bartenders are warm and fun and if you go kind of early when it’s not completely packed, they’ll take the time to talk to you about the ingredients and have you taste some raw components. I love the vibe and the drinks. Also the lobster and guava toast is to die for.

There was no doubt that it is going to be one of the best before it even opened considering the minds behind it. I visited few days back and was absolutely impressed by their drinks programme and bar nibbles. Specially if you want to have good time with cocktails and minimal food then this is the place.

Everything was amazing, except for the lady at the counter- she was quite unwelcoming and came across as a bit rude. However, the drinks were excellent, the rest of the staff were great, the music was on point, as well as the crowd! Would definitely come again

The food was phenomenal. Gol Gol bread and Chicken Skewers were out of this world. the taco were very good. The citrus mocktail will surprise you with how good it is. the lobster and guava toast felt a bit too oily. Creamy dreamy potatoes was underwhelming.

Great place, amazing selection of mocktails and cocktails with a nice vibe. The music was pretty good and the food was also phenomenal. The only little qualm I have is the lighting which was very dim.

The interiors are unique - the bird-themed elements are lovely. Sadly the cocktails and food don’t match up. We had two cocktails - both were incredibly underwhelming. We had one of the bar bites recommended by the server - a soggy mess of a papad with multiple chutneys on it. Service was okay though no one bothered to ask us if we liked our cocktails / food, which I thought is strange for a relatively new place.

Extremely disappointing experience at Barbet & Pals, GK 2. We had a reservation for 7 people, yet when we arrived we were given a table that was only suitable for 4 people. It was incredibly uncomfortable trying to fit everyone in and enjoy our meal. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. When we politely requested a larger table, the response was simply, “It is what it is,” and they said they couldn’t help. There was no effort to accommodate us or even show basic courtesy. The staff came across as unfriendly, rude and completely indifferent to customer comfort. When a restaurant accepts a reservation, it should ensure appropriate seating for the number of guests booked. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of hospitality completely spoiled our experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect courteous service or proper management of reservations.
