The staffs clean the floor when guests are there and keep the door open and making the whole ambience very disturbing. The cleaning should happen early morning and again when less people are there

I have been complaining since last few days of cockroaches roaming around on the floor of the restaurant and asked the guy at the counter to get the pest control done. Nothing has improved. Even today I could see the cockroaches . one wasp( Tataiya) bit one of my guest there and the guy at the counter was least responsive. I can’t believe a wasp in the restaurant. God help the visitors.

Went to the same location again and the same guy named Sumit took my Order. Even before greeting me he asked me extremely rudely if I had written a review against him. The way he tried to confront me was very aggressive. I tried to ignore the situation but he kept asking me again and again instead of taking my order. Extremely unprofessional employee and not happy with the service of this location. Would never visit this location again

The entire staff was standing behind the counter and eating food while servicing customers and they did not even wash their hands post that . On asking Mr Surendar Singh who claimed to be the manager there said that we can not sit outside and eat lunch so we have to eat it behind the counter while serving This is a serious concern on hygiene and I would not recommend anyone to eat here

Employee named sumit was extremely rude and not professional. Told him that I will be paying using Zomato and he started giving me unnecessary attitude. Would like to report him to the management of this barista location.

Horrible taste. No coffee in the coffee. And it was so diluted. Tasted horrible
