Had an amazing experience at Barista, Sector 18! We tried the matcha and it was absolutely amazing. The ambience was excellent—calm, cozy, and welcoming. The service was also wonderful, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee or matcha. Definitely worth visiting! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coffee was good moreover the staff was really friendly , super helpful and knowledgeable. I went to the sec 18 noida branch at around 2:30 am and the staff was alert as well as attentive also. All in all a very good experience.

Everything was good only they by mistake didn’t pack my peri peri fries but it’s fine my all over experience was very good and the staff was very good as well

ऊंची दुकान फीके पकवान Charging premium price for prime location. Food was badly cooked - smoked chicken sandwich. Tasteless. Ambience can't be a substitute for food.

Very poor management and service. The staff had no idea about the dishes available. We ordered frappe, the staff suggested to add ice cream over it so we agreed but later on in the order they forgot to add the ice cream, I mean come on. Then later they mixed up the order of items and brought pizza before fries where we specifically asked to give the fries first. When the fries arrived, they were bland with almost no taste. Then we did not even order dessert but they served the dessert out of nowhere. I would say the service was total chaos today.

I have been ordering cold coffee frappe from barista sector 18 noida regularly. For the last few times , I have received the frappe without whipped cream even though I have paid extra for it all times. And then no one responds to my issue. Really disappointed . You have no problem taking the money but when it comes to resolving issues, suddenly you all disappear. Pathetic attitude

Sorry to say but yesterday’s visit was waste of time and money,the coffee was bad ,i ordered the Irish cappuccino but it was not hot and the taste was very normal i didn’t enjoyed it as a coffee and another drink was also not good i had a very bad experience yesterday at barista
