One of the better baristas that are currently active. Good service and you can catch a break from your shopping/movie experience to just sit down and catch a cup of coffee or hot chocolate

Horrible coffee, disgusting service. I was quietly sitting and had just finished off my coffee, when the shop manager Ms. Mamta walks to the table, clears the table and without even asking us whether we were done or if we want to order something else, she asks 3 other guests to sit on our table. We walked off and it just struck me that this woman's behaviour is a total disgrace to customer service. I was about to order a meal and suddenly this happened. Untrained, mannerless.

They kept me waiting on the table for a long time without attending me, even though the staff was aware of it! They were busy on their personal phone calls!! I just left without any coffee... no one cared . . . :/
