Mr.Chandan (some senior staff) who came to check Barista. was extremely Rude and unprofessional with rest of the staff. Mr.Chandan spoilt the entire ambience and didn't allow us to have coffee patiently. He must know how to correct the staff.

The food is amazing here. I love baristas at any place. I deducted one star because 3 4 times of my last 5 visits they had many things out of stock. you guys run a cafe to keep things stocked buddy.

The food and beverage quality can be improved. I went there to work and the wifi wasn't working which added up more to the poor service.

Very loud and uncourteous staff. Talking on between themselves and not paying attention to the customer. When asked for bill the guy just shouted the amount across the cafe. really weird experience. I was expecting better service at Galleria in middle of Gurugram.

Very disappointing experience. The Small Cappuccino is overpriced for the quantity served and feels much smaller than at other Barista outlets. The staff was indifferent and not helpful when asked about the cup size. Definitely needs improvement in both value and service.

Billing manager doesn’t understand a thing of the menu. And when confronted for wrong billing, he simply just shouting at customers.
