Tried the new Stars menu here and really enjoyed it! The Pistachio Hot Latte and Valencia Hot Chocolate were both amazing—rich flavours and perfectly balanced. I also tried the veg puff, achari paneer roll, and spinach corn sandwich. All the items were fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. A perfect spot for coffee lovers and quick bites. Will definitely visit again!

Store manager was very rude. He was literally shouting to get billed first even though his colleagues asked that payment can be done later.

I had booked a table for 3 at this coffee house through Zomato and also paid the cover charge to avail the 25% discount offer. However, when I arrived and was waiting for my colleagues, I tried to order a coffee for myself. To my surprise, the biller insisted that I must pay in advance for every order. I explained that since I had already paid the cover charge through Zomato to avail the discount, I should be billed at the end of the visit as per usual restaurant protocol. I also asked how the discount would apply if I paid separately for each order in advance. Despite this, the staff refused and said the discount was offered by Zomato, not by them, and that they are not responsible for it. They clearly stated that every order must be paid for upfront and that no discount would be applied. This was disappointing and not in line with the expectations set during the Zomato booking. Kindly look into the matter and clarify how such situations should be handled in the future.

Very disappointing experience at Barista Coffee. The sandwich was literally just lettuce with hardly any filling and didn’t feel worth the price. I specifically ordered a flavored coffee, but the flavor wasn’t added at all. To make things worse, I was charged extra and when I requested a refund, it was denied despite the payment being made through UPI. Customers pay for the product and service they order. Basic quality checks and fair resolution of billing issues should be expected. Not satisfied with this experience.

save your money and please don't go to barista for anything. I had sandwich (corn and spinach) which was very little in potion size compared to the pricing (paid 300), had mojito which was so bad and sour in taste. had one pizza which was smaller than than Domino pizza (100 ruppee one) and barista costed about 430 and coming to taste it was sooo bad and bland. it was literally the worst pizza I had ever eaten anywhere. from sandwiches to pizza everything here is just sooo soo bad in taste.

the coffee taste was not good, it was smelling bad and the pizza was not good enough for the price paid. value vs satisfaction is on lower side.

Ordered chicken tikka sandwich and didn't got waffer with them as the other person whom ordered got waffer with his order of sandwich
