We love to have wonderful family time in Barista (East Patel Nagar) every weekend and even in the week days too. The staff here is excellent, always at their toes to give wonderful service to their guests. We have never faced any issue with the quality of food and service here. We would like to say a big thank you to the each and every staff member here in east Patel Nagar Barista for their friendly and caring approach to all the guests. Wishing every one in the team the very best in life. #baristahighlyrecommended

Great food. Lalit and komal made good. They are very good. I found red sauce pasta flavours a little bit hard but lalit was so sweet he balanced it by mixing cream. Drinks need improvement especially cold ones as they are a lot watery. Rest food is good.

worst experience in my entire life. Please don't ever go there. Cheaters. There is no manager present, 2 workers cheat every customers who book through District app. once we make payment through Distruct app, they manipulate and say their job will be gone if we dont pay through upi. they made us to pay through upi 2nd time even after we already made payment through district app. we complained district app too, but that persom from Barista, din't listen/obey to district app agent too. he denied them also. and Later, he said, he will give complimentary dish when we come later on. i thought it was true and we went. he said to come at 8:30pm at night that too a girl. he said, at that time manager will be not there, so that we will give you 1 coffee and 1 dish. but when she went at 8:30pm, they denied sayibg we can't provide. before leaving itself, i called them, he said he'll provide come at 8:30pm, but once reached, he denied and embarressed that girl so badly. and made her wait late.

The manager here is very rude, a very mean person. He doesn't have the manners to speak. I'm a regular customer. If this continues, this place will be closed. The previous manager was very good. I don't know what kind of manager they brought in. Note: There are no shortcomings in the staff here; the staff is very good.

Had a disappointing experience at the Barista in East Patel Nagar. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed inattentive and disengaged. Despite repeated reminders, there was a noticeable delay in taking and serving the order. Definitely not up to the mark for a brand like Barista.
