I am very disappointed that I have repeatedly asked you to appraise me for being a regular customer and give me the usual discount of 30-40% that was earlier there but you are still not valuing the same. I guess Barista doesn't want to value their regular daily going clients. It is a sad state of affairs indeed and everyday the same response is given by your management. not at all concerned about your loyal clients. I know it's a game for you. I will keep on begging and you keep on ignoring... you have made me look like a beggar. it's a shame!

Barista outlet at Shipra Mall (North India Mall) is my go-to coffee spot in the area. I've been visiting regularly for a year or so and I feel among friends here. The staff is friendly & courteous. Their beverages are top notch and they will customise it to your taste. The food too is always served hot & fresh. Good times & great vibes!
