new staff on board doesn't know how to cater the oldest cafe. there is no one responsible for floor service, pickup of used cups mainly the Stewards and no one bothers to attend any customer on the table this has just been witnessed in the last 10 days as a alternate day customer staff is only happy to say a hello or a hi that too on their own choice as it suits them apart from that no more services they are simply busy in joking n laughing so called supervisor on board is not available or seems to be someone being graduated from an executive post to a supervisor on the floor. pathetic these days as it's getting day by day

Super waste of money we kept waiting for our order for like 50 min just for fries and coffee , we had mushroom sandwich which took 45 min too and it was pathetic, fries 🍟 lol they were like still it will take Time never go to this place super waste !!!!

When you order a vegetarian pasta, today I had a new experience that ordering vegetables extra is a must with the Arrabiata Pasta at this outlet. Seats are limited at this outlet with 15 tables only.
