I wanted to sit outside but because of rain i couldnt and it was messy due to rain they should have cleaned it all the seats were wet couldnt sit outside

Worst service experience ever. We had to ask for even the most basic things, and that too separately for every item. First, we ordered pizza, and they did not provide oregano. Then we ordered chowmein and had to separately ask for chutney ketchup. After that, we had to ask for tissues and then even for water. When we ordered the main course, they did not provide plates or bowls either—we had to specifically ask them to bring the plates and bowls that too they were bringing 2 plate at one time instead of giving all at ones To make things worse, they added a service charge at the end despite the extremely poor service. The quantity of the food was far too less for the price. The prices are significantly higher compared to other restaurants, while the portions are much smaller. Even the music was disappointing. The music person started only around 9 PM, and before that the atmosphere was completely dull with very few people. Even after the music started, the overall experience did not improve because the service was still extremely poor. Overall, the service was pathetic and extremely disappointing. For the prices they charge, the food quantity, service, and overall experience are nowhere close to what you would expect from a restaurant at this price point. Definitely not worth the money.

The food was bad. Apart from white sauce pasta nothing was good. The service was slow however one waiter was quick enough to listen our query. The management overall is bad.

Food quality and quantity is rubbish. Needs lots of improvement and especially the chefs should understand the proportions of food being derved wrt to price unare charging
