Great cafe with good food and service. It’s a nice cosy cafe with both indoor and outdoor sitting. The outdoor sitting is a bit smaller though. There are a lot of vegetarian and vegan options.

We’ve been loyal customers of BBR for a long time, but our recent experience left us extremely disappointed. While we were seated outside—just like we always do—a woman named Gathika, who introduced herself as the owner, approached us and asked us to move in a very rude and dismissive manner. She didn’t even bother checking with her own staff, who know us well as regular patrons. What shocked us even more was her tone and attitude. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she began boasting about how much money she supposedly spends at the café, as if that gave her the right to talk down to customers. The interaction felt unnecessarily arrogant and completely disrespectful. Because of this incident, we have stopped visiting BBR. No customer—regular or first-time—should ever be treated with such unprofessional behaviour. Good service isn’t about fancy interiors or long menus; it’s about respect. And this was, by far, the worst customer service experience we’ve had at BBR.

I loved the place it’s nearby work . I liked thier sandwich and coffe . Recently they got cold brew as well . Which i enjoyed. I liked blue tokkai veriosn of veitnamese ( coldbrew with condensed milk) so i asked them add condensed milk with cold brew . 1st time they charged 40 ra extra which ia fine . Next time they charged 100 ra extra . ( i mean it’s more than the actually veitnamese ) citing owner pricing. Idk i will never visit again . It felt very unfair .
