BBR is where you don't go for a quick coffee because their service is a bit slow due to the rush most of the times I've visited. BBR is where you don't go looking for an economical meal because they are more expensive than their counterparts. But BBR is a place you visit when you want to spend time with someone and enjoy the delicious food and beverages, especially the coffees. You can feel that they make everything with heart and also provide cute sides with all dishes like differently shaped potato wedges or jackfruit chips etc. Their croissant sandwiches are my most favourite, closely followed by keema pav and burgers. If you take their loyalty card then every 10th coffee of yours can be free! Pets are also allowed here. BBR also expands their tables to outside their cafe just to accommodate you when there's a rush. Overall, it's a vibe, and a good one!

Simple unassuming coffee place, great for sitting and catching up with friends over good coffee and simple, nostalgic food. Everything is reasonably priced. Outside seating is also available.

Kinda cute ambience. Had butter croissant that was mediocre and overpriced (200 after tax). Not buttery enough and tasted more like a patty than a croissant

I along with my wife and another couple visited BBR sometime ago as it is quite close to a place where our children visit for dance class. The place is made nicely and has almost 30 covers indoors and a can accomodate another approx 8-10 outdoors. However, they can serve only 4-8 people in an hour as they have an EXTREMELY SMALL cooking counter with just 2 induction plates that are operated by just a single chef. We had ordered very small dishes in breakfast and coffee and the order was not only delayed but was incomplete and given in installments. As a matter of fact if 4 people visit together they can not have a meal together as food items are served one by one and after a gap. The cappuccino served was cold and when I said that it should be hot, the hostess argued that Cappuccino is generally warm and not hot, instead of taking back the drink and getting me a hot one The place is all full of pests. We shifted from the first table indoors as there was a cockroach roaming but of no use as there was a spider on the wall next to the second table. When asked what is the reason for the same, the staff stated that since there is a hostel / guest house upstairs the people staying there don't keep it clean. The place badly needs to be redesigned and should have a bigger kitchen and also a pest treatment.

Unfortunately , just like the last two visits, the experience was disappointing. I had previously enjoyed good food and service here, so I gave it another chance, thinking — maybe it’s just a rough patch. But today was the worst. They served frozen sausages, and when I complained, the chef simply fried the same ones and served them again. It was obvious they had just been taken out of the fridge and lightly sautéed — completely unacceptable. The woman who took the order was extremely casual. Despite my repeated instructions, she failed to convey them correctly. I also noticed the regular chef wasn’t there, and it seemed like some stopgap arrangement had been made. When I shared my concerns with the chef, he was completely indifferent — as if he couldn’t care less. If the owners genuinely care about their brand and reputation, they really need to step in. The current staff seems more interested in ruining the café’s image than upholding its standards.

I have visited BBR quite a few times and since it is right across Siri fort sports complex, it was always convenient for me to have breakfast there after playing. However, today while eating there, two cockroaches were constantly roaming on and around my table. Further, it was insanely shocking that when i highlighted these concerns to the staff, their reaction was so casual and indifferent. Such attitude for such a huge irregularity at a place where food is served is extremely disappointing. If this was the condition near the tables, god knows what might be the situation in the kitchen. Never visiting back in addition to discouraging my acquaintances. Strict revisitation of Hygiene, cleanliness and health rules required.

I had breakfast at BBR for the first time and the table on which we sat had cockroaches and if you want to visit a hygienic place then do not go there at all. Not worth the money. There is no respect for customers there

Incredibly poor service, poha tasted stale. Our customised mocha was really bad and when mentioned to the manager, he was outrightly rude to us.
