Beanly is a great addition to the coffee scene in NCR with their first cafe in Two Horizon building in Gurgaon where for the last many months i have been a daily customer. The beans quality is good and the service is brilliant. Specifically wanted to mention Baristas Anju and Prem for making the overall coffee experience even better

I had a pathetic experience here, the staff took so long to get the order on our table even if there was just one more table expect ours, they literally just had to heat the food because everything was packaged and premade. Still this thing could be ignored. I ordered a strawberry matcha & ice americano with the food, there was hardly any matcha in the strawberry matcha so I requested them to add some because it literally tasted like plain milk with sugar and they refused to put more and said " we can't do this because matcha is very expensive" I've paid Rs. 400 for a matcha- of course I know it is expensive, and I expect it to be good and not just milk because it is "expensive" You guys really need to work on your customer experience.

The coffee really needs to be made as they advertise. A caramel drink cannot be bitter !!!!!! atleast with the prices being charged make coffee the right way. Delivery packaging for the plastic coffee cup cover was so poor that my coffee spilled out and the cover wasn't tight.
