Absolutely fake!! Locked a deal with them for certain discount for my birthday the next day. Went to Begam a day prior, spoke to the manager in person and paid the advance. Just 1 hour before the birthday they informed that we will also charge “service charge and it is compulsory.” This was not informed a day before when we were locking the deal. Paying the money was never the issue, transparency was. Would never recommend this place.

very bad they don't have proper sittings. first they make us sit and then they make us stand saying that table was reserved for someone else. staff was very rude. when they don't have enough sitting why the hell they entertain guest

They had a private event booked and they didn’t even put it on Zomato beforehand. We booked and reached the place, and it was a complete mess.
