I hosted a party for about 20 people and we had the best time, the food & service was amazing. The location & ambiance is perfect, the manager- Viraat was very helpful throughout the party, highly recommend this place✨

Has to be the worst restaurant that I have ever visited the cocktail, The LIIT in the menu was ₹995. But when the bill came it was ₹1400 per drink to which the waiter said that the tax was not added in the menu, but GST and VAT (25%) was also added separately in the bill, and the waiter said that nothing can be done, and this is the bill that you have to pay to which when I called out that this is straightaway cheating. One of the clever guys came and they made the drink to ₹1040 per drink, but it was still more than what was shown on the menu, and it is absolutely illegal to like, promise something and give something else, so this place can have a lawsuit coming at them at any point of time by anyone, but this is really disturbing for a restaurant operating in a five star complex. These are really cheap tricks and I would really recommend Shangri-La to remove this bar cum restaurant because Money is never the problem. The problem is the cheap tricks that these guys used to extort money from people.

Scam scam and scam Booking table 2 days before Valentine’s Day at 30% discount through Zomato , one day before Valentine’s Day they call and say no discount and for the cap of rs 5000 . They say we will remove it as we will not be able to give a discount. We said ok no problem . On the Valentine’s Day 30 mins before the booking time of the table thy call and say that there will be cap of rs 6000. And there is first come first serve for the time slot booked. In short they booked multiple people for the same table for the same time slot at charged rs 50 for booking the table. The staff was extremely rude on call on top of all this. Simply pathetic service

I attended the New Year’s party at this “5 star” hotel event and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The service absolutely unacceptable andfood awas burnt, poorly prepared, and nowhere close to the standards of a 5 star hotel

Worst new year experience ever. The management cheaped out massively. There was one bartender making and serving drinks and cocktails for hundreds of people. Starters ran out as soon as they were served. No main course till 12:30 when we left. Awful

I had a very bad experience. The staff was very rude. We had a party there, but nothing was provided as per the commitment. I only got to a slice of pizza in a party of 3 hours. I will never suggest anyone to visit there. It's totally not worth it.

The worst place I have been for a new year eve. There were no arrangements just letting the people enter. No proper drinks and food. The arrangement was pathetic. Would strongly suggest to not waste your money at this place.

The menu has been changed and minimised to a level that there is not much left to choose from. The service is poor and space looks shady! I am pretty sure this place is not just a restaurant with a menu so weak.
