Has to be the worst restaurant that I have ever visited the cocktail, The LIIT in the menu was ₹995. But when the bill came it was ₹1400 per drink to which the waiter said that the tax was not added in the menu, but GST and VAT (25%) was also added separately in the bill, and the waiter said that nothing can be done, and this is the bill that you have to pay to which when I called out that this is straightaway cheating. One of the clever guys came and they made the drink to ₹1040 per drink, but it was still more than what was shown on the menu, and it is absolutely illegal to like, promise something and give something else, so this place can have a lawsuit coming at them at any point of time by anyone, but this is really disturbing for a restaurant operating in a five star complex. These are really cheap tricks and I would really recommend Shangri-La to remove this bar cum restaurant because Money is never the problem. The problem is the cheap tricks that these guys used to extort money from people.

This is a shitty establishment. It should immediately shut down. Literally not one hired staff is even somewhat qualified to be entering the hospitality industry. 3rd grade attitude, terrible speaking skills, the rudeness, the verbal harrowing and harassing by male and female staff including the managers. They all make you see how money mongering this space is without any actual worthwhile service. Leave the food and drinks aside, the service itself will make you want to sue them. They collectively make you feel unsafe. They literally should shut down. This place stinks and sucks so bad, if you have no place to go and this place pops up as an option or even as a last resort, better STAY HOME. Seriously, it sucks that bad, shut down. hope your establishment sinks and dies.

Absolutely pathetic management. Booked 3 tickets for the UCL Final screening and were quoted an absurd ₹17,000 extra just to get seating together. After declining, we were left standing for over 30 minutes with no place to sit and were repeatedly asked to move. A waiter eventually offered us an empty table, only for Manager Nitin Saini to come later, demand that we leave, and even call bouncers. The staff clearly had no coordination, and the manager’s behaviour was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Paying customers deserve respect, not humiliation. Easily one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. Avoid special events here if you expect basic customer service.

Scam scam and scam Booking table 2 days before Valentine’s Day at 30% discount through Zomato , one day before Valentine’s Day they call and say no discount and for the cap of rs 5000 . They say we will remove it as we will not be able to give a discount. We said ok no problem . On the Valentine’s Day 30 mins before the booking time of the table thy call and say that there will be cap of rs 6000. And there is first come first serve for the time slot booked. In short they booked multiple people for the same table for the same time slot at charged rs 50 for booking the table. The staff was extremely rude on call on top of all this. Simply pathetic service

The worst experience i could have ever had , first of all they dont let you enter with zomato bookings so please remove there name from here , second the drinks are not what they mention meaning they are mixing water and whatnot and they take upfront 10k for just entry

I attended the New Year’s party at this “5 star” hotel event and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The service absolutely unacceptable andfood awas burnt, poorly prepared, and nowhere close to the standards of a 5 star hotel

The menu on zomato is really old and the estimated spend also needs to be updated wrt the new menu. Their menu is so short now just 2 pages so people are being misled with price and quality both, really disappointed

The menu has been changed and minimised to a level that there is not much left to choose from. The service is poor and space looks shady! I am pretty sure this place is not just a restaurant with a menu so weak.
