After checking a 4.6 rating we went here, but everything was just average including- food - as they boast of being an Italian restaurant but it didn’t match to our Italian taste buds, ambience- quite ordinary seating and service - still decent but not as per 4/5 star std...

Average. Everything is just average. Except my drink which was pretty bad. This place plays safe and ends up delivering an underwhelming experience. I don’t want to pay so much to eat pre-made mass produced bottled stuff (even the pasta). Spinach Ravioli and tiramisu are decent.

I am still in shock as to how bad the food was. It was like a nightmare that just won’t end. There’s nothing Italian about the food and the quality of everything is just incredibly bad. The chef and the manager were kind people who offered to get to something of my choice but I was in shock and couldn’t believe the worst food (not just Italian but worst food experience overall) in my life came at such a reputed place.

Services were not good, no one was asking or looking at we had to wait and turn no recommendations for food given and food was also bad
