i really had a good time on my wife's birthday at your restaurant and even though I like the location and restaurant ,the ambience is amazing ,Vivek ji and his team have taken care of the hospitality very well ... kuddus to the team and the leader like Vivek...God bless you vivek jii

we went on Monday , found the menu very limited but loved their pizza it was really good staff were nice ambience is smoothing

I went along with my family Food was very decent, ambience was very nice But faced very bad experience with Manager who was present there We ordered 4 dishes with drinks, they came on time within 5-10 minutes. After that we ordered pasta which didn’t came even after 25 minutes waiting. We called manager and said please cancel pasta and just bring the bill please. He replied at good places it generally takes more that 25 minutes, looks like you don’t have been to good places. We were like what just he said. I asked him to remove service charge from bill, he replied this time I am removing but if you come next time I will charge service charge and also sign the bill, do whatever you can do. It was horrible experience at such a good place that how can they appoint such an ill mannered manager over there. Even waiters were far far better in behaviour from him Can’t expect this kind of staff working with such a good restaurant chain..

Food is okay, few of things are good. But the staff and service are very bad. No proper service, we waited so long for even getting a waters and that’s when we went on Thursday. When I asked for manager, the staff got even more rude to us. I would never recommend this place. This is when our billing was ₹15K+

food is not at all acceptable ... even the local goto cafes restaurants provide better ones, sorry to say but that true. service could be enhanced by the staff by being more attentive and polite.

They need to change their DJ, the food is awesome, the ambience is amazing but their DJ is an arrogant guy who kills the whole vibe( even if it’s your birthday).

i asked them to remove service charge….and they refused saying anyhow you will use district to pay …which is totally unacceptable!..

The worst food with even more worse drinks. There was no flavour our authenticity in any of the dishes. Overall don’t come over here
