I come from Mumbai and everytime I come I’m extremely eager to come here and enjoy the exquisite food. It is always a pleasure. Everyone who has given it a 1 star does not know how to eat food.

This is a very old place and is famous for its sweets specially Chhena items, rasagulla and chaat snacks. It is pure vegetarian place. Their golgappe and papdi chaat are very good. They do have a small restaurant where you can sit and enjoy some other foods available - chhole bhature , aloo ki sabzi with kachoris , samosas , dosa , chow mien etc. It’s pocket friendly but pricier than street side. Nothing fancy about ambience - it’s basically a sweet shop with some tables and chairs. The service is quick. The food I tried was kachori and aloo sabzi, dosa , Samosa with chhole. They were all above average.

You should stop making pizza, and the bread used for the pizza was absolutely terrible. The cheese was completely local and of poor quality. The pizzas outside are much better. Bad experience!

Arrogant servers. They will treat you well only if you tip them a decent amount.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Hype or the Price Visited this restaurant recently, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a disaster. Despite the crowd and long waiting time, we decided to give it a try, hoping the food would make up for the inconvenience. Sadly, it didn't. After finally getting a table, we had to wait even longer for someone to take our order. No staff was available to assist or clean the table properly. The cashier took our order verbally, and when the food arrived, they were without any plates or spoons. Basic dining etiquette like this We had ordered a Tandoori Platter which included four items: Tandoori Aloo: Stale and clearly not fresh. Hara Bhara Kebab: Completely raw from the inside and only crispy on the outside. Not even close to a tandoori item. When we pointed out the stale aloo, we were casually told we could switch it with something else - no apology or concern shown. We chose Tandoori Mushroom as a replacement, but it was just sautéed mushrooms in masala - nothing close The Amritsari Kulcha was the biggest shocker - looked like a plain maida roti cut into halves with barely any stuffing. Absolutely dry, no accompaniments served. We had to order dal separately just to be able to eat it. The entire meal was bland, poorly prepared, and lacked any presentation or thought. We were charged nearly 900/ for a meal we didn't enjoy even a bit. In contrast, we had ordered the same items at Haldiram's a few days ago, and the quality, flavour , and experience there were on a whole different level - easily 9/10, while this wouldn't score even 1/10 Not recommended at all. Needs serious improvement in food quality, hygiene, service, and staff training

Have been visiting since childhood this was the safest and best go to place but very shocked and surprised to notice the massive change in their food quality . Chole bhature has changed to chole Poori , bhature are no more delicious they are so thin they are poori so disappointed and the pao bhaji the bhaji was stale and in one plate they serve no paos rather they serve one burger bun . When client are coming with trust and paying whatever is being billed kindly keep up with quality and standards . Not fool people by destroying the image of Delhi special bhatura by selling poori And I know this feedback won't change the image of Bengali but still penning down for people who understands food quality and standard

THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. THE SERVER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNCULTURED & DOWNRIGHT DISRESPECTFUL. THE CASHIER & MANAGER WERE EQUALLY HORRIBLE. THE OWNER HAD ZERO INTEREST OR ACCOUNTABILITY. THE SERVER BEHAVED AS IF HE WAS DOING A FAVOR BY BEING RUDE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. THEY SCAM YOU WITH5 TIMES THE PRICE OF A DISH IN THE BILL & LATER BLAME THE CUSTOMER. HYGIENE WAS THE WORST, THE PERSON CLEANING TABLES & PICKING WASTE WAS SERVING FOOD. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE & NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO HERE
