I have been your customer for more than 2 decades however, when I am at the Delhi AirPort and opt for food from Bercos, sadly its very disappointing. Earlier you were serving fruit beer in a disposable glass, now in a beer glass but whichever way you serve, there is no frizz in beer and the taste is more like sprite. Food served is also almost cold. If you are enjoying the customers as a part of all Bercos chain then you need to look into this. Just 4 days back on 21st December while flying I opted for the food and beer, I asked the lady there is no frizz, she said I will stir and you will get but unfortunately she tried to fool me by doing this
