Terrible experience – customers left helpless! I placed an order with this restaurant for my team lunch amounting 4700/-, only to receive a call 20 minutes later saying there had been a short circuit and I should cancel the order myself. When I asked them to cancel it from their end, they said nothing was working on their side. I went ahead, cancelled the order, and requested a refund. It’s now been 4 days of chasing their manager, Rajendra, who first kept making excuses and has now blocked my number altogether. This is the level of accountability and customer service you can expect from this restaurant.

Visited Berco’s yesterday with my team and ordered 2 veg, 2 non-veg bowls, 4 Bantas, and paneer momos. I had the Kung Pao bowl and momos. The food was extremely salty and spicy. An hour later, I felt dizzy and started vomiting. I had multiple episodes through the night and had to visit the hospital—diagnosed with food poisoning. Still bedridden today. Strongly do not recommend.
