The food was good...but there was no ice in the mocktails. it's summer already, I feel ice cubes are a must to have that chilling experience in summers.

the staff took my phone mentioning that he need to check the status of our payment and tried to review from my account forcefully. when questioned he didn't even have 1% of remorse on his face. this is the kind of staff that Berco's has. Utter shameful act.
