Initially, I was skeptical to try this place, but went and ordered Pad Thai noodles, triple Schezwan rice, dumplings, soup. The food was great and similar to the topmost Bercos chain (CP). Worth the try, will keep revisiting.

Had a wonderful dinner at Berco’s, M3M, last night. Excellent food, service and a great vibe. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely visit again!

It was very good as always ! The crew was helpful and nicely served a bowl of plain rice for my daughter who wasn’t able to have other food items we ordered due to more spices. The only thing which was missing was aura of Bercos and sizzler aren’t available at the outlet which is actually the highlight of Bercos. Please continue to evolve.

1. Food is a bit extra salty. soup and then pan fried noodles 2. portion is smaller compared to other Berco's outlets

Ordered chilli garlic noodles from here, and they were amazing. Only downside, quantity can be improved for the price.

More like INDIAN Chinese and NOT AUTHENTIC Chinese!! But there’s nothing wrong with that in my opinion. We have all grown cherishing those desi noodles with manchurian combos and hearty Chinese plates of food and this restaurant reminds me exactly of that. However my recent visit to Bercos left me confused and disappointed. 1. Veg thukpa - Good balance of flavours and fresh ingredients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2. Crispy conjee mushroom- Overly sweet BBQ sauce and honey which I did not enjoy at all. ⭐️. 3. Triple Schezwan Rice Veg - had high expectations about it being a spice and flavour bomb but it was okayishh and mind you very oily. ⭐️⭐️⭐️. I believe this place has more potential therefore I will be planning another visit soon with a neutral mindset. Cheers!!

We ordered veg chilli Garlic Noodles and corn cheese rolls. Veg chilli Garlic had no chilli or garlic in it . Though the quality and quantity was good but it tasted like any other normal noodles. I expected it to have more garlic or be spicy. Corn cheese rolls were ok ok. Presentation was good but I felt it was little uncooked. Because inside filling was raw.

We have dined at Berco’s multiple times in the past and have always been familiar with the quality, taste and quantity of your food. This time, however, the experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered Chilli Garlic noodles, Manchurian, Honey Chilli Potato and one fruit beer, using a promotional offer available through Swiggy. The food we received was nowhere close to the quality we have experienced at Berco’s previously. The Manchurian balls were extremely hard and difficult to eat, the noodles lacked the taste and quality they normally have, and even the quantity appeared considerably smaller than what we have received during our previous visits. However, our primary complaint was not about the quantity — it was about the quality and taste of the food. We called the waiter and clearly explained that the food was not up to the usual standard. What happened next was even more disappointing. In front of other guests in the restaurant, the waiter told us that the food was different because it was ordered under a promotional offer and that the recipe was different. When we questioned this, he subsequently changed his statement and said that the quantity was different. This is an extremely concerning response from a restaurant. If a promotional offer means that customers are going to be served food prepared differently from the regular menu, that should be clearly disclosed to customers upfront. A promotional offer should never mean compromising on the quality of food being served to customers. Moreover, we were not complaining about the quantity. We were specifically telling him that the food itself was not good. He then told us that he would check with the chef. We waited outside expecting someone to come back and address our complaint, but the waiter never returned from the kitchen. We eventually had no choice but to leave. As a restaurant that we have visited multiple times, this experience was particularly disappointing. What upset us most was not simply that one meal was below standard — restaurants can have an off day. It was the manner in which our genuine feedback was handled and the implication that customers availing a promotional offer should expect a different recipe or potentially inferior experience.

The food taste is not as good as other Berco’s outlets. Usually roasted garlic and onions are served with food which makes the taste more rich. But at this outlet those were not served.
