Loved the food and the ambience. Good staff. I particularly loved the cold coffee (being a coffee buff) as coffee in other restaurants are more towards the sweeter side but here it was balanced. Manchurian too is very good. Noodles were average. Burnt garlic soup was okay. Sweet corn soup was very sweet. Took the name seriously. Overall a good experience.

The food at Bercos, Sec 12 Noida, is excellent and so is the ambience. I am a great patron of Bercos since 2003.

Its very offended i always visit bercos noida sector 12 today the staff was very rude specially that guy who was handling my table Ive asked the chopsticks he said literally nhi h I asked y u don’t have he said nhi hai matalb nhi hai do you thing that this the appropriate way to talk your customer as you are in hospitality sector need to adjust and more thing we are very regular and we asked that we want to redeem put points and he said that system is not working so whats the mean to we are coming to not get any befit please you need to work on it so disappointed and disgusting

the managing with the guest person was very rude and was speaking opposite only.. there was a lot of communication gap from his side and was not even responding after sometime
