Located in Vegas Mall Dwarka, Sector 14. This restaurant is a part of food court on 3rd Floor of the Mall. Its a self service restaurant, the good part is that there is no central payment counter but each restaurant in the food court has its individual payment counter. Prices are in line with usual Berco's prices but services are quite delayed. We had ordered a Veg Sizzler and they gave us a time of 10 mins but we didn't receive the order for 30mins. When we went and enquired about the order they said they had called out but no one came and that's when we were sitting on the table right in front of the restaurant. So service wise I didn't like their way to go about things. Coming to the food, the sizzler was indeed sizzling which makes me give them a Rating of 3 instead of 1 for their service. It had Chilly Potatoes, Mushrooms, Corn, Noodles and Gravy as well along with other Veggies. Indeed a complete meal worthy of the Price. Would recommend this Resto, but be a bit vary about their Service.

I recently ordered Chicken Chowmein and was disappointed to find that it had very few chicken pieces and mostly egg juliennes, and the vinegar sauce was missing. This is not the quality I expected from a reputed brand like Berco’s.

I visited this outlet on 8th March, and ordered chilli potato. But food had something that made me sick and developed food poisoning. I tried contacting this outlet but both of the numbers they have mentioned are unavailable. Food poisoning was serious enough for hospitalization. Definitely don't recommend this outlet for dine-in

Me and sister had chilly paneer and noodles and got bad food poisoning. It got so bad that we both had to rush to the hospital and showed same symptoms. Please do not eat here. You will fall sick.

whosoever sits on the cash counter is so pathetic. if someone is asking for an extra plate, charge for it and give him an extra plate. the bercos in Dwarka vegas is horrible in servicing.
