Some experiences stay with you far longer than the meal itself—and this is one of them. About 3 years ago, my wife (who was 7 months pregnant at the time) had a craving for Chinese/Asian food, and we chose to dine at Bercos. As always, the food was great and the service was prompt and courteous. But what happened after the meal is what truly made this visit unforgettable. It was raining heavily that evening, and the restaurant was on a rooftop. The usual exit route had become quite slippery and risky—especially for my wife. Without us even asking, the staff and manager noticed the situation and thoughtfully discussed how to ensure a safe exit for us. What followed was something we didn’t expect at all—they arranged for us to exit through their kitchen area, creating a safer, covered pathway. They even paused kitchen operations briefly to ensure there was absolutely no risk while we passed through. It was such a small window of time for them, but a moment of genuine care and empathy for us. We walked out feeling not just satisfied with the food, but truly cared for as people. Food and service at Bercos have always been consistently good—but this act of kindness is what made them stand out in our hearts. Even after all these years, we remember that evening vividly. They truly deserved this review from us long ago. We were recently reminded of this experience during another visit, and decided it was finally time to share it—better late than never. Thank you for going beyond hospitality and showing real thoughtfulness. It meant a lot then, and it still does today.

Bercos is our regular restaurant for relishing chinese food. we have been visiting the place for years and never have they disappointed us.

The food was excellent and the quantity was good enough for its value. The ginger candy introduced is a gr8 idea and digestive in nature.

if you think of authentic chineese in NCR.Then I would recommend Bercos at the first place.

Service was very slow and the servers did not know their menu. Food was alright 6/10 overall

I ordered the Pad Thai noodles, but they were not tasty at all. The flavor was disappointing and not worth the price. Please think twice before ordering this dish. It was a waste of money.
