Excellent food. Loved the vibe and energy of the place. The servers and the manager were also very hospitable and warm. Outdoor seating is better than indoors. Recommended!

The food was delicious; absolutely loved everything I had. The servers were very courteous and decent. The quantities were a little small for the price though.

Place is half empty even on a day like the football World Cup finale screening. Old crowd, lame music, uninterested staff. Just not a happening place to dance and have fun. :/ And then they have the gall to deny stag entries and re-entries. 😂 (I was paired up) Avoid if you can.

Rude Arrogant and ill mannered is how I would like to describe my experience for this place On Sunday evening we decided to go to bergamot. Assuming that the restaurant is in a 5 star property the staff would be polite and trained however that wasn’t the case. We enter The grand we’re told that Bergamot is on the left hand . We turn the car towards the entry towards the valet where the valet and the people at the entry start creating a ruckus don’t get the car here or don’t get the car there and finally annoyed I told my friend let’s turn the car around where they started harassing us again putting plastic cones on the way while the only thing we wanted to do was turn my car around. Were we polite ? DEFINITELY VERY POLITELY WE ASKED THEM TO SHOW US A PARKING SPOT IF THEY HAD A PROBLEM AND IT WAS A SUNDAY EVENING NOT CROWDED. YES WE WERE WELL DRESSED. Yes we WERE IN A LUXURY CAR. YES we had the capacity to pay our Bills. We were just a couple who wanted to enjoy a nice evening. And theN I OVERHEARD THE DOOR STAFF STAYING YE SIRF PUCHCHNE AYE HONGE ! What makes you think that . Have your managers trained to do so ? WHY SUCH ARROGANCE? I think the owners and the teams need to get their lessons on hospitality

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in New Delhi. The venue is disappointing enough, but the customer service takes things to another level. The staff are unprofessional, dismissive, and lack even the most basic understanding of hospitality. Every interaction felt frustrating, and no one seemed interested in. Save your time, money, and patience there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

I had a reservation and they didn’t let me in. Manager was extremely disrespectful and didn’t even talk to me properly. Showed him the message of our confirmation and till didn’t let us in. It’s a snobbish place for rich brats. These people need to learn a message on manners. Terribly experience. Don’t go here

Akshay is the worst manager I have seen in hospitality industry! Completely rude and unprofessional. Disgraceful towards guests and disgrace to whatever this shitty place is. Because I would never recommend this place to any alien too!

Poor management. Tried reaching out to them on the number. At 3 ok their Guestlist is apparently closed and no response on the phone.
