Ordered mocha cold coffee and the taste was so amazing and so perfect that I couldn't resist ordering one more. so I drank 2 servings of 500 ml each back to back in one go because the taste was so amazing and so perfect. Staff was also very polite and welcoming. I shall definitely visit berry brothers again for amazing cold coffee ✌️

very bad experience extremely rude and arrogent staff that tries to degrade the customer and does not even let the customer share their feedback. the excessive amount of ice they put in the smoothie spoils the complete experience. I tried telling that there was excess ice to the guy at counter but before I could even finish he started asking me if i have ever had smoothie at a 5 Star, trying to indicate that his smoothie is comparable at 5 stars and that my experience is not upto the mark probably. I informed him that when I go to 5 stars I usually don't have smoothie and I have had smoothie at other places. he started interrogating me as to where have I had smoothie before. he did not even let me finish my sentences properly and kept insisting that smoothie can not be made without ice. Never going to this place again as the product as well as the customer service both are extremely bad. one needs to have an open mind while facing criticism
