Visiting after almost 5-6 years, not good as before lots of flies inside. Understaffed someone has to go to counter to give order. Pasta was decent, tandoori paneer pizza was good but chilli potato was meh The QR ordering system they use was not working. Noisy and constant ringing sound on the speaker was not comforting.

Extremely Disappointed with Hygiene at Big Yellow Door, Satya Niketan I visited Big Yellow Door, Satya Niketan, with high expectations and ordered a few dishes including Veg Loaded Pizza, White Sauce Pasta, and Cheese Nachos. At first, the taste felt slightly off, but I thought maybe the flavor varies from outlet to outlet. However, towards the end of our meal, I noticed a large rat casually roaming around the cafe. It was extremely unhygienic and unsettling. When I pointed this out to the staff, the response was shocking — the waiter simply said, “Sir, the rat only roams on the upper side, not on the floor,” as if that made it acceptable. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at a place that charges premium prices. Hygiene should be a top priority in any food establishment. Such a casual attitude towards cleanliness is disappointing and alarming. I truly hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the hygiene standards. Until then, I would not recommend this outlet to anyone.

Very bad experience… food was very very salty and tasteless and besides that they are cheating customers by showing them the old menu card which has less rates and later charging them by the new one. Extremely shocked by their behaviour of openly fooling customers and when we confronted the person incharge, he apologised profusely and promised to give a discount next time. Lets see if he keeps his word.But first they have to improve the taste and quality of the dishes that they are offering.
