I recently visited bigg daddy and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I stepped in, the hospitality was severely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire dining experience. The most concerning issue arose during my meal. As I was enjoying my food, a member of the staff abruptly approached me and insisted that I relocate to another table. I was taken aback by this request, especially since there was no apparent reason for the sudden change. Upon inquiring, I was informed that my current table was needed for someone known to the staff. Being asked to vacate my table mid-meal was not only inconvenient but also disrespectful. It gave the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the restaurant. Furthermore, the manner in which the request was made lacked professionalism and courtesy. Aside from the unsettling incident with the table, the overall hospitality left much to be desired. The staff appeared indifferent to the needs of the customers, and there was a distinct lack of attentiveness throughout my visit. It was evident that the management had not instilled a culture of customer service among the staff. In addition to the poor hospitality, the quality of the food did not compensate for the disappointing experience. Despite the menu boasting a variety of dishes, the flavors were lackluster, and the presentation was unimpressive. Overall, my experience at bigg daddy was highly unsatisfactory. The combination of poor hospitality, disrespectful treatment, and mediocre food left me with a negative impression of the establishment. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future patrons do not endure similar experiences.

He charged me double on the juice bottle and when I talked to him on this topic, he was rude even staff is same . Not worth it at all, food was also not good they also took seating charges where as these charges are taken from alcohol consumers only
