Nowadays i feel like their quality is deteriorating . Few days back we ordered veg platter and their green chutney was defected. It had a foul smell . And now we ordered rasmalai , firstly it was warm and not cold as it should be and secondly the taste was not like before maybe the sugar level or idk. Its not the case with other branches. ✔️

A lovely dinning restaurant over here. Really liked this place. You can go for family dinner or lunch over here. They also provide fasting food over here. The staff is also good.

ordered a plate of chhole bhature in which they excelled long back I guess. Chholey were hard, dry and tasteless. Having paid Rs 173, for a plate that had horrible chholey is really pinching. I guess it was my last meal here. Will definitely not buy from here again. Don't expect much from here (especially the RDC outlet, it will for sure disappoint you)

Can you please fix the online order menu… there are so many types of thali and nothing is mentioned in the description as to what comes in which one… we don’t have 6th sense to find that

I've ordered Patisa Special through zomato, the item delivered was wrong as the image shown on the menu card was different from the one I received, I posted a review on that order no one replied also contacted the restaurant the call was unanswered. Image attached for the item delivered vs item shown on menu card.

Poor Hygiene and irresponsible management. Food cockroach in snacks. Over the last few years there are multiple instances of reviews where cockroach are found multiple times in food and also crawling on the counters. Still this outlet is running. wouldn't recommend

Third grade ice cream sea salt salt ice cream pls don’t eat it this is the worst ice cream I have ever eaten it . Naturals should increase there ice cream flavors and stop making this type of horrible cream🤮🤮

today we ordered chamcham and milkcake through zomato.Mithai was not fresh.it was bad in taste.we feel so disappointed and threw away mithai.this is the reason bikaner is failing everywhere.

it's actually the fault from Zomato side. Bikanerwala is open till 11PM, However it is mentioned here that it is open till 10 PM. Zomato should look into this.
