Went for a lunch, had deluxe thali, pav bhaaji, masala chaas. Really good meal, quick service too The sitting area is on the first floor, no elevator service

Visited Bikanervala, Yashwant Place (Chanakyapuri) for brunch and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow—I had to wait nearly 30 minutes just for tea. The Tandoori Aloo Paratha was overpriced and had very little stuffing, making it poor value for money. The overall food quality was average and did not match the premium prices being charged. Spent almost ₹950, but the experience was nowhere close to the expectations associated with the Bikanervala brand. Management needs to improve both food quality and service speed. Pros: Clean seating area. Cons: Overpriced food, poor stuffing in parathas, very slow service, not value for money.

I ordered 2 things after waiting for almost 45 mins when the delivery boy he got something which I never ordered then I told him that I won’t accept I need the same thing which I ordered for which he said u will get it back again and he left again after waiting for 30 mins finally the order was cancelled is this the way a brand like Bikanerwala conducts itself ?? We were left without food for almost 2 hours And finally the order was cancelled ???

Ordered 3 onion kulchas, dal, and raita. The dal was cold and watery, completely lacking any flavor. Not only that, they didn’t serve pickle with one of the plates . No tissues either. Basic things were missing, and the overall service felt careless. Won’t be returning.
