Attaching a screenshot of the video (as videos cannot be uploaded here and location can be seen above it) As it can be seen a mini cockroach is roaming in the plate… this is the hygiene they are maintaining and when i told the person over there who was there at billing counter… he seems quite normal after seeing it… as if what is the big deal. Brand does not matter… normally we have a perception that big brands will definitely maintain hygiene but this is not the case. Beware guys!!

They served stale food to us. Upon complaining, the employee serving agreed that the green chutney was old and in fact threw out the entire batch in front of us. However, the manager refused to take back the order and we were forced to waste the food and our money. Hence, a 1/5 for food, and if possible I would've given a 0/5 for the manager. Moreover, the manager was rude and unprofessional. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOT RECOMMENDED.

The manager in this outlet is personally pathetic don’t know how to talk at all we asked for an extra plate as we were 4 members and ordered a platter and 2 sides the manager on asking / more plates we were even ready to pay said you bring 50 people why would we give you extra plates zero hospitality

Samosa size is same as of Mini Samosa but price is of 2 Samosas outside in places like Hira sweets . please take a note of Quality and Quantity when you are charging humongous prices for all food stuff , plz increase size of samosas to standard size atleast

Ordered multiple food items, like Dosa, Pao bhaji and Aloo chaat. The worse was Pao bhaji, served stale and cold bhaji and have got a hair in the food waited 20 mins to get the pao bhaji order. Exemely poor food quality.
