Good chinese food, good south indian food. The best part about bikanerwala is price efficient and variety of cuisines are available under one roof. Only the saddest part self service is available.

Ordered for a packed Gajar Halwa. The person put the halwa in the box and started putting dry fruits on it with bare hands. He didn't use polythene gloves. When objected he packed another box with gloves. Really bad if clean practices are not followed. We don't expect such things in such a popular eating joint.

Rasgulla were excellent . WHAT THEY SELL AS KHEER KADAM IS SOME THING COMPLETELY BAD. It was bad dry and shattered into pieces like a glass ball . Might return for the rasgulla but that's all. NOT UPTO THE BIKANERVALA BRAND MARK!

Restaurant is fraud and delivers unpacked and contaminated food items which are eaten already and less than ordered quantity. Store manager - Shivam is also fraud and takes no action and misbehaves with the customer. Bunch of cheaters and liars. Need to be reported to consumer forum and police. Fraudsters

Bikanerwala Indirapuram is a near dead restaurant. old dirty interiors, filthy washroom, slow service, food quality has dropped. they need a good manager with some budget to uplift the restaurant. Till then avoid.

Pathetic service and staff. Mr Rai has been a very rude personality. When we took parcel of multiple dishes from him, 2 items were missing and he refused to refund and started arguing that too very rudely.

Pathetic service. No sense of responsibility within the staff members. I had to keep calling the stewards for water and other stuff. Otherwise, you keep sitting and no one would be concerned.

Box is not seal also tape on the box is different not from bikanervala. Usually when I order grom bikanervala tape is also from baokanervala .
