ordered our usual tandoori platter today, but the experience was disappointing today, the platter was too oily, and hara bhara kebab was stale, they reserved again it was undercooked and not to point, the staff was not ready to accept the bad quality, it's monsoon season that is why we trust Bikanerwala as a brand for hygiene sake, and even if here we are getting stale food , what to say.

Paani puri not sent. It has happened in the past also. Even Zomato person didn’t bother to check the order. It’s pathetic.. moreover the Zomato executive just said sorry and expressed her in capability to complete the order. Not good in this kind of industry.. highly unprofessional.

I visited bikanervala with my wife. Masala dosa had human hair in sambhar and dosa.They offered to replace the order but we did not feel like eating there.
