I am utterly disappointed with our experience at this Bikanerwala outlet, which has proven to be one of the most disappointing visits we've ever had. Despite their exorbitant prices for self-service food, it was shocking to discover that they didn't even have a cleaning staff present to clear the tables, even at 4 PM! It was a clear manifestation of their lack of commitment to maintaining cleanliness and basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the manager, Mr. Rajkumar, displayed a complete absence of hospitality and rudeness towards us. It is disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from someone in a managerial position. What's more frustrating is that there is no proper channel for escalation or complaint available at this establishment. It seems they have no interest in addressing customer concerns or improving their subpar service. Considering our terrible experience, I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against visiting this outlet. Unless you are willing to pay a premium for low-quality service and below-average food, it would be wise to steer clear of this establishment.

Today Me and My friend visited Bikanervala Rajouri Garden outlet , we ordered Spring roll and Dry Manchurian in starters and in Main Course we ordered Tandoori Platter and Deluxe Thali , overall the food tasted bad as they served us stale food , the tandoori platter was bland and had no flavours at all, the Tandoori items like Paneer, Mushroom etc. in Tandoori Platter especially Paneer had no taste in it and is not properly marinated and all items in that dish also tasted burned and dry manchurian tasted stale , only dal makhani in thali and platter is good otherwise rest items in both dishes are bad especially the curd in raita of deluxe thali tasted sour like it had gone stale.

The staff is EXTREMELY rude, especially the person serving sandwiches and chole kulche outside (to the left side of the outside area). We were 3 girls and he was so verbally rude to us it almost felt like harassment. They behave as if they are giving food out for free when in reality the food is not cheap or anything for the quality they serve. Honestly the person who serves food in the outside part should be fired for treating people especially women with such disrespect.
