visited this outlet n loved the food completely they have wide range of falhari dishes also they have wide range of North Indian, South Indian, indo Chinese, Street foods, sweets & many more loved their chaats & chena based sweets are an must try over here

The food was good. Noodles could have been better but the pav bhaji was very delicious. We even had papdi chaat and it felt very refreshing.

Bikanervala has failed as a chain..there was a time when they were at par with Haldiram but now they are nowhere in that race..not only the taste has taken a downfall from their original Karol Bagh outlet but another cheap quantity trick they have played will get them shut down everywhere…just if u see how much sambhar in South Indian or aloo with poori or chhole with bhature etc. they give in dine in and take away you will stop having anything from them..we counted the number of chhole in the plate and it comes down to one chhola with every bhatura bite..which is actually shameful..anyway their taste has also hit rock bottom and they are failing everywhere for example in their latest def col outlet also…only a matter of time they will be shutting doors…👍🏽

food was pathetic..ghatiya taste ..nothing was available.... rajma was bad ....masala Dosa was disgusting .....paneer Tikka was only onion and tomato Tikka paneer quantity was very less ....sweet corn soup was spicy ....chowmien was yukkk....pls never visit bikanerwala specially m3m Urbana gurugram....raj kachori was very salty..

I had ordered sambhar dosa and idli sambhar from this restaurant and the sambhar was all spilled and the i returned the order and placed a new one but in that also the sambhar was spilled it was not the delivery boy's mistake as both the times it was spilled due to their loose packaging this was very disappointing.

It's a great store with excellent food. But their Chuski service is non existent. Nothing is in place. The guy is not there. Ice is not there. Ice shaver is not plugged in. If they let customers make it, it will take 5 minutes instead of 15. You have to follow up multiple times to get it done.

Horrible customer service from both delivery partner and the restaurant. I placed and order and items were damaged before they reached me. Order got canceled with no option of resending the items.

Jalebi aisi thi jaise fridge me rakhi ho subah se. quality bhi nahi sahi. This was not a good experience at all.
