Well we turned up at bikanervala at lunch hours for craving of chole bhature this afternoon. Must say there are few food brands who will always maintain the taste and their is no compromise. It was all together a great experience with friends having piping hot bhature with yum chole gravy and not to forget we tried some delicious tokri chaat from here. The outlet also offers some great variety of sweets, do visit.

Poor preparation. Ordered paneer parantha. Had the most skimpy ( kanjoos ) filling of like 2 spoons. Very shameless. Also attaching the same dish from Haldiram where I went after wasting money here. You know where to go instead now.

Pathetic customer service assistance by Zomato team and equally partnered by restaurant. I specifically ordered two half kg packs of besan ladoo, however I got delivery for single pack of 1 kg. Service from Zomato team: They asked me to call or visit restaurant myself and told me restaurant is not picking their calls. I asked them to connect with their seniors but my request went in vain. There was only one word…. Sorry. I wasn’t interested in refund or free sweets, just wanted correct order which I placed.

I've never seen seen a more incompetent and lazy staff in any restaurant. I got Raj Kachori with Bhalla instead of Kachori and Bhalla papdi without papdi. First they took our order wrong and when they finally got us our correct order the food was stale. We had ordered just two items and they didn't get either right. I've been eating Raj Kachori from Bikaner all my life and what I got at this outlet was a disgusting, sloppy and stale dish in place of Raj Kachori

Very disappointing. I ordered aalu tikki on 16th June. It was stale, cold and the curd was sour and the staff was not ready to admit that. The quality of food should be checked in this restaurant. If anyone is reading the review, don’t even try any food here.

We went 30 minutes before closing but they still took our order, then didn't give us enough plates or bowls, and then turned off all the lights while we were still eating. It would have been better if they simply denied to take our order.

Very frustrating food. We can't expect this type of stale food from the zomato how can someone sent this stale food to the customer. Please do not buy fully waste of money

To the best of my knowledge, this is worst Bikaneriwala restuarant in entire Delhi NCR. Food quality is poor. Maida used for Tandoori roti.
