we have been to other bikanervala outlets and it is our go to place for eating out chaats or when we dont have anything specific. This outlet in Urbana is newer, less crowded, with the same old taste

Claiming to be the 150th Outlet doesn’t prove you are doing things right. Beautifying the place and making it big again doesn’t show anything in real sense. The first floor restaurant area and the management of the place is so haphazard and people are not at all trained to even understand the menu. Long queues and totally mismanaged operations at both kitchen counters and dining. In trying to serve quickly the food is being served half cooked especially the breads and salads are stale. Sizzler plates are dirty and the best part is just being gimmicky with high levels of smoke but no taste. Totally disappointed with this outlet. Wish them a speedy recovery from all these issues soon.

I ordered the Chinese platter, and when I got home and checked, the Manchurian and Chilly Paneer were cold and stale. The person at the counter didn’t acknowledge the issue, and considering the price they charge, my experience was quite disappointing

with this price comparison from others brand on the higher side but quantity is less
