Amidst all the fancy restaurants, agar apna desi style kuch pass me nil jaye to kitna accha feel hota hai !😍 . . Bikanerwala just opened another outlet at a stone throw location from my house. 
Upon reaching Manager Amit greeted us so nicely and asked what would we like to have ? . . I said, aap hi suggest kar do. We were not so hungry so he suggested Classic Matra Kulcha and Desi Pao Bhaji. ✅ . . If you visit to other restaurants in Gurgaon, they often change the original recipes for innovation and charge bomb for it.😒 . Lekin idkar Wahi mila jaisa chahiye tha. . Pao bhaji was yum. Smooth , silky bhaji with dollop of butter was served with soft buttered paos.🤤 . . Matra Kulcha had a tinge of lemony flavour just like street food in delhi and it added too much to the taste. Kulcha were fluffy like cotton. 😋
. . We also had khatta mitha lemonade which was perfect. 👌🏻 . . Amit made sure we enjoyed our meal and we exchanged few words about North Indian street style food. 🙌🏻
. . Overall, I am really happy that Bikanerwala opened nearby me in JMD and it would be my regular go to place. ☺️ . . Shukriya for doing noble deed of feeding people. 🙏🏻

Hosted a bunch of people today at this absolute pathetic outlet. What a horror it is to be a customer here. The food is not upto the mark, the payment/order tKing server is down and their staff is the most unprofessional lot. We must have spent more than a one hour there and we’re regretting every minute spent there. To all those reading this review, spare yourself the torture of going to this outlet. If I could, I would give them -5 out of 5 as a rating!!

Horrible place and horrible people and horrible food too salty or too sweet If you go with guests it’s humiliating and disgusting There billing section doesn’t work They don’t have half the stuff of the menu for order The managers are not cooperative The staff is confused Over all Avoidable and good only for picking up packaged items which are also half menus

We got a tandoori platter and was told to wait for 15/18 minutes and we waited. After 20 minutes we got a call that it will take time and after 30minutes the server said now we will start .. Asked refund he refused , I said please give something else he refused . Poor service poor customer experience!
