I have few favorites and have been ordering. however you never know how it would be delivered. Last night, paid 900 bucks for these 2 pizzas delivered in this condition

Feedback on the delivery order: Binge is unable to handle inventory online for delivery, the staff in general is ill equipped to manage the same. Please watch-out before you order, they are quite likely to get the order wrong. My order just got cancelled. Policy gap from Zomato: Also it’s quite interesting that if you order and then cancel, you pay the restaurant a part amount but if the restaurant can’t handle the order after accepting, you get a refund but no penalty to the restaurant, other than perhaps writing a review. The user loses out on the order and lives with it, which is ok, mistakes happen. But the restaurant doesn’t have a downside, that’s not sensible. They have no incentive to change. Hope you have a better time ordering from binge

I ordered pastries and this is how they got delivered. I called Binge to complain about how I received my order and in response the gentleman said that the fault is not theirs and that I should call Zomato to complain about the delivery. Point is, if the delivery is bad, then automatically the quality of the product delivered is affected due to how it's presented to the customer. Who is going to take responsibility....and now is the Zomato guy going to pay for another order? I found the response from Binge quite ridiculous. So convenient to say that we cannot do anything as it is third party involvement. Not ordering from here again.

I placed an order for a customized cake 4 weeks before the delivery. It’s been 7-8 calls and multiple follow ups but the employees irresponsibility and careless attitude has left me with a very bad experience. They still don’t have my order as a confirmed order. They still haven’t sent me photos to review and check. One every call the person says I am new here and the last person will call. They still haven’t ever called me back. I am not sure if they want business anymore.

I have been ardent customer for binge in last 10 years. I have literally seen them grow. But the recent 2-3 orders are really bad. I ordered three patties -chicken, paneer and mushroom all stale and bad. And when I complained the staff about it no apology/acceptance. I think the owner needs to look into. You lost a customer

Crude people kept at store!..one of their guy who seems to be local doesn’t even wear mask! Selling eatables and roaming around,.breaching safety protocol is not acceptable
